  • The following appeared on circa 2 September 1923 in The Niagara Falls Gazette: Frederick Kilberer, father of Mrs. W. J. Neary, No. 424 Tenth street, died in Memorial hospital today. He was 69 years old and had been ill for several weeks. Besides his wife, Mrs. Louise D. Kilberer, he is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Heary and Mrs. G. M. Jewett, Jr. of this city and Mrs. Harry Madison, Jefferson City, Montana, and two sons, Louis who is with his mother in Butte Montata, and Jacob H. Kilberer of this city. He also leaves a sister, Mrs. Edward Bale of this city. Funeral at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon from the Heary home, the Rev. H. Brezing officiating; burial to be in Oakwood.
  • The following appeared on 5 September 1923 in the Niagara Falls Gazette: The funeral of Frederick Kilberer, former Falls contractor, who died last Saturday, was held from the home of his daughter, Mrs. William J. Heary, of 424 Tenth street, at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon. The Rev. Clarence Brown officiated. The interment was in the family plot in Oakwood cemetery. Mrs. C. J. Woolcock sang several hymns at the service. A large number of flower offerings were received. The bearers were Joseph Mackenna, John Mackenna, Atney Young, Alex Kilberer, Clarence Kilberer and Howard Kilberer. Mr. Kilberer lived in Niagara Falls all his life.
